I have seen people of every color here. It is a classier joint, so you will not find people jere in their work clothes or with mud on their boots (my dad), but I'm dark skinned and Chart House has been a family tradition for 15 years. The people are always nice! Go at happy hour for some good deals!

It's pretty far from the city. Its a spectacular view of the foothills and evergreen trees. The fire works would be too hard to see through the city haze. I would not recommend it for a fire works display.

They have an assortment of delicious confections depending on your Individual taste but I give them a 2 thumbs up on desserts

They have a happy hour menu for food and drinks between 4PM and 7 PM Sunday-Friday

The Chart House is a great place for special occasions, intimate dining, as well as family get togethers. I feel you would be more comfortable in casual dress to dressed up.
